Customers

Superflowers' services are strictly reserved for adults with a physical delivery address in Europe. Minors may not under any circumstances place an order through our website.

Order and Validation

Any order placed on superflowers.fr implies unreserved acceptance of our prices, products, and general terms and conditions. The order becomes final once the customer has selected a payment method and it is successfully validated. A summary confirmation is sent by email with an order number, which should be retained for future tracking. The customer agrees to provide complete and accurate contact information. In the event of omission or error, the order may be canceled.

Products and Availability

Our floral creations are handmade by partner florists. The photos on the website are not contractually binding, as flowers vary depending on the season, availability, and the florist's artistic sensibility. Bouquets are delivered without a vase unless otherwise stated.

Prices

All prices listed on the website are in euros, including VAT. Processing, delivery, and preparation fees are included unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on the season, destination, or special occasions (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.).

We offer several sizes to choose from:

• Restige: impressive and elegant bouquet Secure Payment Payment is made upon ordering via Stripe (CB, Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, or by phone. Superflowers never stores your bank details. The transaction is processed via a secure encrypted connection.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided when ordering, in France and Europe. Depending on the product and destination, delivery may be handled by a local florist or carrier. Delivery costs are included for mainland France. Additional charges may apply for Europe. In the event of the recipient's absence, a delivery note will be left.
